Uber India — cancellation fee penalty | |
Hi, I booked uber go today at 6:30 am around (26th-oct-2017), after one minute of the booking confirmation, driver changed the status as arriving in one minute, later i went to the pickup location there is no cab. And i given call to driver he said he is somewhere and it takes more time to come to pickup point. And i asked him to cancel the ride because that is not my mistake and if i cancel i need to pay some penalty, that is the reason i asked driver to cancel, if he is unable to pick me. But he didn't cancel the cab till 1 hour and later he canceled the trip and uber app asking me to pay penalty. Was this information helpful? | |
