Uber India — charge even after payment is showing outstanding
I had made payment of rs. 738.18 on 27th feb, 2018 from my citibank credit card and the payment is till date showing as outstanding. Your customer care team are as useless as your system, even after raising complaint on the app (Help option) and sending the details of the charge (Screenshot of the charge on the credit card) your team have not been able to rectify the issue.
Pathetic customer services from your company.
