Uber India — Charged absorbitent

Hi, this was my first ride with uber on[protected]. Despite of getting 100rs off on my first ride message applicable on my first ride, i was charged a very high price for my ride. First of all, the application showed no cabs available and when it was available for booking, they charged a very very high price. At the time of booking, it showed us no surge charge but when i was asked to settle my bill i was charged 510 rs. I booked a cab from noida sec 29 to vivek vihar. It is approx 13 to 14 km but in uber it showed 21km. I still have 2 messages recieved on 12/08/16 which gives me either 100 off or offer 50% doscount on my ride. Whereas while booking no such offer was applicable. I see a strong case of customer being fooled here with fraud message and been penalising with high penality. Pls take this complaint on priority and resolve the issue.

Now a days, uber is changing more than the actual fare. Even if actual fare is less than the estimated fare.
I travelled from my friend's home to gopalan mall.
Trip distance was 2.15 km and trip time was 11 min so fare must be 60 approx but they charged 70.
This is just one example, they are more than 5000 rides per day in Bangalore with uber.
