Uber India — charged fee to high

I was shown 400 rs while booking a ride from delhi t2 airport to dwarka, but instead they have charged me 693 which is way too high. I would have booked delhi police taxi instead of this. This is complete fraud. The ride was way too high and there is no solution available on app. This is completely duping a customer and not even resolving it. On this trip i am charged 493 as toll surcharge fee which is completely nonsense. My contact number is [protected]. I need an answer and solution for this.
