Uber India — cheating by uber cabs

I booked an uber on 7.7.19 from delhi airport to taj mansingh hotel, since my credit card had expired i choose the cash option and paid the driver 413 rs in cash. Same day evening also i booked an uber from taj hotel to hauz khas enclave, i again paid the driver full amount in cash. Later i see an msg that i have a pending amount, i don’t understand in cash options how can i have pending amount, why will the cab driver let me go without payment.
Then on 13.8.19 i booked an uber from mumbtt2 airport it charged me 866 rs and no uber turned up. I had to rebook an uber and paid him in cash this is absolutely cheating. I want an explanation and full refund of rs 866
