Uber India — cheating by uber company and its drivers. | |||
On 13th jan 2018 at 1:15 hrs, myself vishant duggal had booked a ride with uber for drop at aundh. Driver name pramod, vehicle maruti suzuki swift dezire bearing registration number mh12nx0690. The unscrupulous driver switched off the mobile phone and was missing. I waited at the location for 25 minutes as his location was showing 1 minute away. Worst i get a message from uber stating if i want to book the next cab i should pay a penalty of rs 43/-. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. The driver went missing and you penalise the customer. This is disgusting and shall defame your guys for such dishonesty and cheating. You guys are not fit to operate and should shut your business. yes its true . These type of cheating is happening in Jaipur also. Public beware o[censored]ber and ola as fdrivers cheat customers. I was told that 50 rupees penalty by uber. i changed by mobile number because o[censored]ber. public beware and take all video recordings of the driver and communications and send to poliice
