Uber India — Collection of hire charges twice (Adding into successive trip) request for refund | |||||
You may please refer my trips details and my grievance is that (1) on 8th apr'2017, i booked your uber car (Swift dzire) to kurhinisetty sangha. Though it did not show the final figure of the trip, the driver showed the details of trip value in another way wherein he showed to me that the total trip cost is rs. 197/- with discount of rs.38/-. So he collected rs.160/- from me. (2) in the return trip, when i traveled by your uber etios on the same day, the charges was shown by that driver for rs. 373/- which included the previous trip cost. Immediately i discussed through the mobile of that driver with the respective uber helpline man who advised me to pay the balance amount of rs. 38/- (As it is not discount in the previous trip) - and also the trip value of etios., concluding that it (Paid amount of rs.160/- to the swift dzire driver) will not carry forward further. Accordingly i cleared the amount to the uber etios for that trip. (3) after that on the same day, i traveled to city railway station by your tata indica, where i got the advice of rs.243/- and i paid the same to him. (4) but surprisingly, when i booked trip to city railway station on[protected], i was asked to pay his trip value of rs. 180/- (After availing 25% discount) and the value of rs. 160/-. Here again i tried to convince the driver of etios through the customer care. But he (Driver) did not accept even for the customer care words and so i was forced to pay the amount of rs. 180/- + rs. 160/- = rs. 340/- as i have to pick up the leaving train from the platform. (5) from the above, you may please note that your drivers and customer care are not maintaining in their mobiles and the data updates properly and collecting the amount twice as explained above. You may check the recorded discussions had with your customer care had on 8th & 17th apr'2017. If you do not verify them, we will think that drivers o[censored]bers as well as customer care are looting the customer due to lack of technology with them. (6) so finally, i expect the credit of rs. 160/- to my account. You may please note that such type of incident is second time to me. So now i am bringing to your notice with a hope that you would arrange atleast for the current incident said amount in order to continue my future trips with your uber.
