Uber ride booked from Bandra to Uran on 30/04/2026 8:50 AM. Toll charges included in the ride fare of rs. 1212. However driver demanded toll charges extra. Paid rs.[protected]+250).
In app complaint raised, no representative attended the complaint for 3-4 days till this writing.

Also greavance redressal mail marked, no response.

Today called their greavanve redressal number.

Awaiting Uber response.

Such pathetic service from a US company.
