Uber India — complaint against driver's conspiracy in ahmedabad

Today on 24 july 2018, when i have to get a taxi through uber from my home to railway station kalupur, ahmadabad, i booked and called to a driver namely jigar bhai, contact number [protected], vehicle no gj27x5846 (Maruti wagon r), but he told me to cancel the trip, i cancelled the trip and again after some time i started to find another taxi but i was getting the same trip of jigar bhai, i called him and asked the reason for coming again on the trip while he was on same place at airport circle ahmadabad. But the very noticeable thing is charges showing for the trip was r's 330 around, initially it was r's 110 and another charge is below r's 200.
I alerted because it was my third experience in ahmadabad city about such conspiracy played by this cruel drivers with me and many more genuine and unawared passengers to travel through this taxis.
Later on i started to book a cab through ola but the trip charge was too much (At around r's 300) where as the general rate for the trip is r's 150 maximum from hansol to kalupur railway station. Due to emergency, i called him the ola driver namely jignesh bhai at 10:34 am, crn-[protected] to come fast, he said ok and coming soon, but when he couldn't come at the pick up point, i called back again and he replied that i got a cancellation message and it was never cancelled by me. And would be charged r's 50 for cancellations which is big gamble and financial conspiracy is being played by these cruel and ridiculous drivers.
Again i started to book a cab through uber and i called him a driver on mobile number [protected] with the trip charge of r's 300 plus again after some drama occurred with me. Finally after loosing more than 30 minutes of this drama, i went to road, luckily one person gave me a lift up to talawadi square of airport road, then i took a auto for kalupur railway station in r's 110 in light rain.
Comments:- the conclusion of this issue is that today in india cheating in large numbers through such cab conspiracy is being done in many cities of india, i think so. The cab regulatory authorities and higher courts must look after such matters on priority basis to proper service and justice to genuine passengers.
