Recently i took uber cab and on the way the car broke down. The driver asked to get down and make a fresh booking at uber for further journey. There is no uber helpline number to contact in india. Uber charged the full fare. There is no way to register ones complaint using the app, as options are very limited.
Yesterday, again i took uber cab and the amount charged was 235 (Your upfront price has been adjusted due to unanticipated tolls or surcharges on this trip. Please see the receipt breakdown for details: as per receipt). However, there is no toll or parking charges paid by the driver.
