I booked a trip with uber last evening and i had a really bad experience. The fare was decided as rs.360 but after a while the driver stopped at a cng station for filling the gas for about 10 minutes.
Moreover he took us from a long route
At the end the fare was increased to rs.474. After discussing it with the driver the driver behaved rudely and denied his mistake. It was a very unprofessional and irrational behaviour by him.
And with uber services it is really hard to find a complaint portal. I was really unhappy with uber services and would never prefer it again for a ride. Was this information helpful? |
