Uber India — Deactivation o[censored]ber account | |||||
I soumya mandal, a senior manager of pricewaterhousecoopers india have two mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] both of them are pricewaterhousecoopers corporate numbers. I have uber accounts for both of these numbers which are mapped under my emailid - soumya. [protected]@gmail.com. On 22nd june i got a prompt in my mobile with number [protected] to update the uber app. Once i clicked "ok" the uber got uninstalled from mobile. After that i am trying to install the uber app in my mobile but it is saying "your number is deactivated". Number of times i haves reached the uber customer care but said that "it appears that your account has been suspended for activity that violates our terms and conditions and will be unavailable for you". Once asked they are unable to provide the terms which i have violated. Can you please take a serious step. Thanks Soumya Was this information helpful? | |||||
