Uber India — Disappointing services | |||||
Sir I am Gautam Bhurat from Jodhpur.I booked my 1st Uber ride for my family on 16/11/2015. I had used a promo code therefore I got a free ride but since there was no cash option available in payment mode therefore I had selected Paytm mode for payment. The driver, Anil Kumar, charged Rs. 190 from my family inspite of the fact that i had a free ride. Since I wasn't with my family therefore they gave the whole amount to the driver. Now when I knew about it, I tried to contact the driver but he is not taking up the call. Please help in the same. Give my money back. I have attached the receipt of NIL fare. This is highly irresponsible service on your part that you employ such dishonest drivers. This kind of behaviour is not going to take your entity far. This is going to defame your entity. As you might also know, that your image in the past has already been defamed by your drivers. This continuous misbehaviour is going to destroy your market standing forever.
