Uber India — dispute over uber credits | |||
On 05 Oct 18, I booked an Uber Cab at Guwahati, Assam at 2026 hr. Despite of it being a non cash payment, the driver asked for cash payment and thereafter cancelled the trip. The cancellation amount was deducted from my paytm and on a request the amount was refunded however, as Uber credit. The cash return to Uber credits is unacceptable and is considered a planned malpractice to engage customers to such services without their will. Additionally, blocking of customer's hard earned money under such infinite lock in period is unacceptable. Despite communicating the issue multiple times, Uber officials have been unwilling to resolve my issue in case. Was this information helpful? | |||

An amount of Rs. 37/- found as due on 8/09/2018. Driver has cancelled a ride for which I am not responsible, so I will not pay the amount. Please correct the same and further to use your services. On that day I had a ride and paid the full amount as demanded by the driver. Hope you will look into the matter and do the needful

I have paid the amount and still i had to pay twice for one ride. Same issue happened again now. Uber is lootomg money
