[Resolved] Uber India — double payment for the ride | |||||
Driver took the money in cash and in next ride it charges for previous ride again. It happened on 14 january 2019 between 4-5 o'clock. My ride was in paytm method but driver didn't say anything about it and took cash for that ride. When i ask for the refund they are saying it's not our fault. One more thing happened in chennai ride driver didn't receive my but my money deducted from my account and when i ask for the refund they are telling like 'it'll not happen again, sorry for the inconvenience. May 24, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved they simply provide uber cash in my uber account. that's it. By the way thanks for the help. Uber India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
