After one books a cab, many drivers now wait for a user to call in order to forcibly ask and find out the destination of the planned trip. If they do not like the destination, they simply cancel from their side and uber routes another cab. This is increasing the wait time for the user significantly.
I got subjected to it twice in mumbai at 8:30pm for the same ride making my total wait time to more than 20 minutes.
That for a 50-60 minute ride.
There needs to be penalty on erring drivers who cancel and the same be compensated to the user who is suffering extra wait period.

Hi Team,

I was travelling in uber this morning. Driver name shaukat and swift desire.
Registered number[protected] which is my brothers account. Goes by name Kirthan.
Left my phone in the cab. Then driver picked up once and said will give in evening. Post which he is not answering. Please help me get the phone back.
