Uber India — driver cancelled amount charged

Uber charged a cancellation fees on my ride which was not taken. Driver had cancelled the ride since the cab was struck due to cms visit. I waited for more than 15 minutes thinking cab will arrive shortly but it didn't. When i called the driver he said it will take more time since he is stuck in traffic and he cancelled the trip..
