I have taken a trip on 1st october, from airport to home. When i got dropped off the driver demanded that it is not a non cash trip and i need to make payment.
When i i did the payment and came back to home, the uber app still says that i need to make the payment.
I kept telling them that i made the payment already but uber said it is not responsible. I gave them the name and number of the driver. But still uber is not willing to talk to the driver.
They keep sending the preformatted email saying that "they made one time exception already" (Did not say when) and they "explained me the process" (Also did not mention when) and money can not be refunded.
I told them that i can get the driver admit that he has taken the money. Was this information helpful? |
