Uber India — driver did not answer my call | |||
The driver did not answer my call and kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. Wasting my time and leaving me frustrated. I tried calling atleast 5 times he was on the same place on the uber map. Driver's name was ramzan ali driving a hyundai xcent. This was at 20.50 hrs in kandivali west mumbai. His mobile number is [protected]. Above all this i am charged a cancellation fee of inr 48. Attaching a photo of trip summary for which i was charged a cancellation fee also observe the start and end point of the trip. Kindly take strict steps so that the driver learns a lesson. Hi I have been sent a promo code by u guys and I am trying to redeem it but it is popping out a error msg stating " PROMO CODE INVALID" it's not the first time it's happening for me I have already lost two offer like that...pls reslove... please see my email and there irresponsible replies

I booked uber on 07.09.2017 evening by 5.30, first when i call the driver for cofirmation, he said he in traffic and he will reach my destiny within 5 minutes. i waited and after 5 minutes i called again but the driver did not answer my call and kept me waiting for over 10 minutes. Wasting my time and leaving me frustrated. I tried calling atleast 5 times he was on the same place on the uber map. This is happens in Triplicane, Chennai.

Above all this i am charged a cancellation fee of in Rs.52.50
Kindly take necessary action to write off the cancellation fee and also teach a lesson to the driver. i forget his name.
