Uber India — extra fare charged by driver, but no refund from uber

I m facing a problem with uber, it's about overcharging,. On 10th september i took a uber pool where i was supposed to pay rs 99, but the driver forced me to pay rs 191. & also i paid him rs 190. Now as usual uber was supposed to contact me & return my rs 90 (Excess amount) but they didn't do so, i mailed them almost 10 times but everytime they gave me the same reply, (I have sent the same through a attachment in this email). It's very annoying that even after complaining so many times they r not refunding my hard earned money. Plz do something & help me i know it's not a big amount but they may also happen with me in future. So plz look in my matter & contact uber & me to help me.
