Uber India — Forcefully collected the money & tourchiered ladies senior citizens

On 23 Jan 2017 Driver Wilson Deepak Mobile number [protected] driving Toyota Etios in mysore driven and was billed 105.78, the normaly charges for our regular travell is Rs.110 to max115, but he forcefully collected Rs.180 from my old Mother, who is senior citizens ladies in Mysore, when I called he says he collected only the billed amount, not 180/- he says that I can complaint where ever I wanted, not one touch even his hair, totally unprofessional and against the standard o[censored]ber, kindly give me the justice, will a old lady of 69 and 75 yrs tell lies and my old mother can swear in-front of any one, can he do it ???
