Dear Sir/Madam,
I Sri Ganesh Neog, would like to file a formal complaint against the driver, Mr Monowar, driving a Maruti Suzuki with vehicle registration no- AS01TC0716. Today, i was picked up from Shivnath Gogoi Path, Panjabari, Guwahati and the driver behaved very rudely and inappropriately towards me. I am extremely dissatisfied with his behaviour and believe that such conduct towards passengers is unacceptable.
I strongly request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action against the driver within 12 hours.
Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that passengers are treated with respect and professionalism.
I look forward to you response and confirmation of the action taken.
