Uber India — I paid double for the same trip.

On 20th of sep.2017 at 10.03 i booked a cab (Maruti dzire) from nabagraha road silphukuri assam. To pngb road assam. The total fare which shows was rs 198.53. On reaching my destination driver net was not working as stated by driver mr ashab. He asked me how much was the amount at the time of booking i said that it was 198.53 so i paid him that amount. At my house when i opened the paytm account another 198.53 rs is being deducted. So total 397.06 rs is being taken for the single trip. I made a call to the driver he told me that as the net was not working he has to take the money in cash the conversation is being recorded in my mobile. I made a complaint but their answer was that they are unable to return. Hence you are requested to investigate into the matter, why they cannot return the excess amount. Now waiting for a reply from you.

The driver should have been sincere when he had taken in cash as well as by Paytm i.e . double for the same trip, he should have return the excess fare either in cash or by paytm this shows how obedient he is .And regarding Uber they neither shows any interest to investigate into the matter and report about the outcome of the result.We cannot refund is their answer and their businessmen policies .

As they had taken two fare for the same trip and driver confess that he had taken the cash as there was problem with the net. Which is recorded in my mobile, so the matter should be solve without any delay.
