Uber India — I'm complaining about the driver and about my paytm deduction | |||||
I have booked a cab from sector 44, gurgaon. I had to go to the airport. When i called the driver, he said that he could not go to the airport because his car is diesel. so ideally, he should be the one to cancel the ride. but he did not do it for more than an hour and the ride got cancelled by uber. uber deducted Rs.80 paytm cash from my account. this is cheating because it was the driver who was not willing to go, why should i pay the cancellation charges. We are unknowingly registered uber go insted o[censored]ber xl but at the time of getting into the cab the driver says this is not "bulleckcart" is this the way to handel your customers ?kindly look into the matter seriously for getting more satisfactory customers
