Uber India — Incorrect bill | |||||
Hi, I booked a uber ride today morning at 10:17 and I reached the destination by 10:35a.m. Since, I had booked uberpool hence the fare was Rs. 49 as the distance was less than 10 kms. But due to network connectivity issue of the driver, he did not end the ride at that time and said he will end it as soon as he gets into network zone. Since, it was prepaid ride and paytm wallet was linked so I agreed upon same. But, the driver did not end the ride till next half an hour and I was charged Rs. 159.83 instead of Rs. 49. I have already filed the case with Uber and inspite of several follow ups no response received till now. This is a severe case of fraudulence on Uber and their driver's behalf.
