Uber India — incorrect fare charged for the uber trip

I booked the uber on 17 july 2017 from kalina to sion-chunabhatti which is approximate 6.2 kms distance. Booking was done under uberpass for rs. 99.
When i booked uber it showed me rs. 99 under uberpass and no surcharge was mentioned and that is why i had booked. I had clearly cheeked the rates were showing as rs. 99 without surcharge. Also in between the trip there was no notification of surcharge. Then how come now i am been charged rs. 679?
Also the distance between the pick up and drop location is just 6.2 km. The driver took a different route which was long. I told him that it's a long route but he did not agree.
As per the booking confirmation i should be charged only rs. 99. I need a refund of rs.[protected]. Kindly give my money back. I am not going to bare rs. 580 extra when i should be paying only rs. 99.
Also there is no contact number to contact uber directly and also when i am sending emails all the ids are replying back as they did not receive this message. I dont understand how do i contact them for the refund.
