Uber India — Incorrectly charged & rude behavior | |||||
Hi uber, I am a loyal customer o[censored]ber if you go through my records you will find. Today i booked a cab post office. And the driver did not pick me up and went on to a different location. When i called him he said i should have called him before as he went to a different location, and asked me to cone to that location walking almost half kilometre. He was very rude and when i asked him to cancel the ride from his end if he cannot come. He asked me to cancel and disconnected the call. And i was not able to cancel as it was showing 60 rps cancellation fee. I waited for 30mins then i had no choice but to cancel. Not only i was charged incorrectly i had to waste so much time.
