Uber intercity is the worst possible service they have offered. First of all there is no customer service that can be contact while you are travelling or contact numbers for later. So I booked a intercity from Pune to Mumbai on 25th December around 4pm from the beginning of the trip the driver started throwing tantrums why did you add a stop to the trip, why is your added stop so far away such things which I avoided and choose not to answer. Next on the highway I wanted to stop to a foodmall where I could get food and use the loo as well but the driver stopped by a small shop per his liking where I could get just water(I wanted food, washroom ) so when there was a proper foodmall next to the highway I asked him to stop, the driver carelessly ignored my requests and continued to drive per his liking. He was was not ready to stop and very much egar to leave me in the middle of the highway and get paid for the trip where he had not completed half of the intercity trip. So I had to make him stop near some traffic police thinking of my safety and made him call Uber customer care since there was no way for me to get in touch with Uber!!! As there is no Uber customer support on the trip. I was sitting in the car and he told the support people that customer doesn't know what they are talking about and they didn't even verify with the actual customers onboard and instructed to add a stop during the ride. I mean is that how a company works towards it customers?!!! And the driver didn't make a stop in the 3-4 drive. Do the company really think it's humanly possible to get a diabetic patient to survive without using the washroom for hours?? Or even food just based on one driver?

These [censored]s have made me recharge 3 times 1000 + RS and deducted it and showed to be on hold and made my Paytm balance zero I want to take a strict legal action as they have no rights to put others money on hold for any reason
