Uber India — issue regarding cancellation of ride | |||||
To-UBER officials- today(22/05/2018) morning experience in mumbai. 1. I tried booking at 8.59am. Ride got booked (driver kaleem basha; hyundai xcent). As the cab was moving in a different direction, I tried contacting the driver. But the contact number found invalid. After waiting for a few minutes, I was forced to cancel the ride.The cancellation fee of INR 121.56 was charged. 2. I again tried booking another ride. But the same person's cab got booked again. The same scenario repeated. Further, a cancellation fee of INR 180.87 was deducted. The above mentioned issue was already reported in the uber app customer help. But there was no response!! Due to the wrong data provide in uber database regarding the contact, I lost money as well as my valuable time of half an hour in the morning.
