Uber India — Issue with driver - missed my train because of him - loss of approx rs. 10000 | |||||
Hi i booked uber on wednesday - 24th may 2016 he came we were 3 ppl with 5 mon old kid. Firstly he denied i wont take luggage and all then i asked him u can cancel ill book another.. He started fighting then he drove us finally.. He was behaving weirdly since start.. Then in mid he called someone talked slowly and then his phone rang and he said there is some emergency at rajiv chowk some accident i have to go urgently.. We said ok u drop us till there since its midway only.. But he didnt drop us till there also instead stopped car before that only and dropped us at a place where there was sand all around and left in opp direction of rajiv chowk... I had 5 mons kid with me and 2 more people 1 14 years old boy and my sister.. There was no uber available nearby 12 min one uber was showing we waited almost 25 min it didnt come then we booked another 10 min again - it came and we went in that but it was too late and we missed our train. I want to claim all my extra money spend - my whole another day got wasted due to unavailability of tickets and now i will go tomorrow ie friday that too in 2 parts no direct availability to my place is there. Rs. 3010 - new tickets Rs. 222 - uber will cost Rs. 2500 - mid way to my place Rs. 222 - return from railway station to my home after missing train Total - 5954 It might seem a small amount - my whole enery, time got wasted - its too much o[censored]nprofessional behavior standing in mid of highway with 5 mons old kid - it was horrible experience I want to claim rs. 10000 from uber against all this hassle Was this information helpful? | |||||
