Uber India — Lost my parcel by uber Driver

I have lot of complain for my lost parcel uber is not responding the Driver not delivered my parcel and i called him he said do whatever you do i didnt delivered this parcel and he say i say on uber recording still uber not action. Still i waiting for uber response . But not response by uber its parcel amount is 12000 no one any contact till now .
