Uber India — lost of my mobile phone in cab | |||
Hi team, Yesterday on 24th oct i booked a uber and the driver name was shyam singh and his contact no is [protected]. Actually my drop was at sector 142, advant business park and i gave money to the driver unfortunately i forget my mobile phone moto g5 plus in the cab after 5 min only i tried calling on my no. Somebody picked my call two times but haven't spoke anything and after that my phone was switched off. I tried calling driver but he is telling that he has not found any mobile in the cab as well as he was telling me that after my drop he pick up a local passenger and so he is telling he is not aware of the mobile phone. Now my ques is first of all it was not a local bus or auto it is a uber india cab so the driver and uber people are totally responsible for the loss of my mobile phone. And also it is the responsible o[censored]ber india that how could a driver can pick a local passenger. Now i request you people to take an action against the driver and i want my mobile phone back as soon as possible otherwise i will have to take a strict action against the driver as well as the uber india.
