Uber India — Money deducted from account but cab did not come.

My name is minu tewari, i booked an uber cab yesterday from kubera society, kondawa road, pune at 5:30 pm to seasons mall, magarpatta city. While booking it directed me to payment page, i paid the amount of rs.220 in advance, which was very well deducted from my account, but the cab never turned up. After waiting for more than half an hour, i tried cancelling the booking which never happened as well there was no other way to contact either the driver or uber customer care as i did not recieve any communication or message from uber. So now to know how would i get my money back??
