Uber India — Multiple accounts on one device | |||||
I have created multiple accounts for each of my family members through referrals as they don't have smart phones and i had to do on my device for all however since i started referring i always faced issues with uber... 1) driver denied for the trip and does not want to come my mother account. 2) i referred my sisters to uber but never received promo discount, always got charged full price. 3) my account [protected]@gmail.com got suspended for 6 months due to non payment of outstanding dues that happened as you were unable to charge from my credit card which was added as payment method. Due to corporate trip i have either pay through cash or credit card and should not use any other payment mode. 4) i understand as organisation they have right to take final decisions however they can take all referrals from us and deny for promotional offers, their system should be flexible enough to highlight all challenges proactively rather making it an issue for customers. 5) usually uber suspend account if it was published online publicly and they themselves encourage to invite referrals on social media and links were provided on uber app...
