Uber India — my mobile phone taken by driver which i forgot to take before leaving cab

I missed to take my mobile set lenovo zuk z1 from uber cab which was connected to charging cord and kept between the 2 front seats near the gear handle. I started my journey from andrewa ganj, south extension, new delhi around 6 pm on 8/09/17 and ended at anand vihar isbt around 7:00 pm.

My uber id is registered with number [protected]

On contacting one of the customer support number o[censored]ber from my friend number, their representative were not able to support me at all and in fact when i asked to let me talk to their supervisor she just denied.

Post that i kept calling on my mobile set till 10 pm from numerous of my friends but it went on switched off. Since driver and cab details were in that mobile which i can't access other than the mobile set, hence i am not able to contact driver.
