Uber India — non reporting of driver | |||
You have charged rs. 20/- from on 27.12.2019 and 03.01.2020 for cancellation of trip. Whereas the trip on first occasion was cancelled due to non reporting of driver despite the calls were made by me. Similarly on second occasion the trip is cancelled by the uber despite the fact that i made few calls to the driver. You are requested to refund the same. Surender sandhu Mobile no. I was placing a order from Uber white choosing debit card option while entering cvv number they directly debited the amount of rs 454 rs

Zaak epayments servicesmum has taken my 454 rs the amount is debited from my bank account... While making payment of rs 56 for food order they asked toh enter cvv no and directly they debited the amount of rs 454... I want my money back
Uber without any update stop rides...for that they don't have proper customer care support to resolve...when I called to given contact no...auto reply pls visit support center... support center is totally unprofessional people sitting in...my main concern is Uber should have proper customer care to resolve the issues with rider..
