Uber India — Not able to see any of my past trips on uber app

Hello,

As i have taken two trips in june and need my invoices for one of the trip.
I had raised the concern on app and tried to explain it to uber support in many ways, but unfortunately non of them could understand my query.

I wonder how difficult is it to share me my trip invoice when I am giving all details.

Please share me my invoice for trip with below details,
Date : 14/06/2022
Day : Tuesday
Time : 10:30- 11:00PM IST
Registered number :[protected]
Mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com
Trip started : Rupa Sapphire, Opposite Sanpada Railway Station, Sion - Panvel Expy, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Trip Ended : M7E, mauli chs, transit camp road, Pratiksha nagar sion east, Mumbai, Maharashtra

As I am unable to find any details in my mail and app.
