Uber India — overcharged on my cash trip on may 23, 2018

I have taken uber on may 23 from noida city centre metro to sector 110 noida. It was booked ynder my flat fare of rs 99. Attaching screenshot of my trip. The same route which has shown by google and taken by uber. I have booked under flat fare of rs 99 but when the chauffer completed the duty it is has shown 164 rs. And charged me extra. When i boarded the cab i saw the screnn to the driver and when he completed the duty again i have showed it to driver how it changes from 99 to 164. I haven't derouted his route.

When i complained to uber no body responded rather acknowledged my mail. Again after my reminder mail to them thru their app i got a standard reply that route shown is not taken by uber and am rerouted him to other so they charged. Which is totally false statement.

Now i am fed o[censored]ber. I very politelly requested them to refynd by extrs rs 65 but of no use.
