Uber India — overcharging for trip by driver

On sunday 3-5-18 i took uber as i had to go to new delhi railway station and at that time i was having enough credits in my uber account for that trip. At the end of the trip total fare was 249 which was supposed to be paid by my credits and the same was deducted from my credits which i got to know later. But driver still asked me for cash rs. 250 which was paid by me as i had to board train and i was getting late.

After that i noticed that i have paid twice for this pathetic service. And i called the driver and told him that he has charged me wrong then he said i have collected what appeared in my app. I lodged a complaint in uber they replied with a denial as the payment has been made outside the uber system and hence they can not refund it. I mean literally what the hell is this system o[censored]ber their * drivers are looting the passengers and they giving this formal reply.
