Is you are replying from a non technical perspective, the transation id was generated from your server, then handshaken with visa and then the confirming interalia bank or credit card service provider then your taxi was relayed as a 4th step and the ride initiated, your american server has not been updated with the necessary payment received details in cash as well as the credit servie proiced to you by visa card and a third amt was paid to your amerian website as no indian help was available or support a year and half back, now you are asking me to furnish a fourth time how can i be sure your server will get updated manually or automatically, your people keep asking for a screen shot which they dont know what it should contain but should appear like something with a tranasaction which your system generated and not my bank or visa or servie provider, please ask your server techinical team withe checksum parameters and account updates between the books of accounts held bewteen your servers from july 2017 to decemeber 2017, i have made the necessary payments and over and above a charity to uber on two counts, your servers and lack of service has created this error and made to look us indians bad in your books is malice which needs to be reported to the administrative forums and cosumer courts, i have been repeatedly asking u to provide me the said details for the same, on the second instance when your driver didnt arrive in time to my destination u have still charged me ruthlessly for lack of your services. Please get of india and stop your services and cheating indian people. Your are not issuing requisite receipts and how to do you verify a customer paying cash. All your support is vague, ola has been giving me good service. Even your uber eats which is different entity has not delivered me foof by victimizing me as for overdue payment which is not reflected in your systems. Please leave india, our engineers like ola can deliver better and resolve things on time. You may have cheated so many other indians in the same way. Leave india

Driver is very rude and misbehaved when i asked him to take me on right location he made me feel unsafe and misbehaved
