Uber India — pathetic service provided by uber which is disappointing the consumer

Recently on 15th of december 2018, i had booked a uber cab to go to a friend's birthday party. It was in the evening and on reaching the destination the fare was inr 357/-. I had some balance amount of around inr 2000/- in the uber app installed in my mobile phone. On reaching the destination, the money should have been deducted from the balance amount which is there in the uber app. I told the uber driver to wait for some times so that money is paid from my balance amount which was showing in my mobile. The uber driver and i kept on waiting for 10 minutes and the money was not from my balance in the uber app. Then the driver told me he cant keep on waiting like that and that i have to pay in cash. I paid the amount in cash to the driver. Later on after waiting for another 10 minutes when i checked the uber balance in my uber app i found that inr 357/- was deducted from the uber balance. All total i had to pay uber inr (357 + 357 = 714). When i raised a concern regarding this issue to uber through the uber app they are reluctant to help me. They are now telling me that they are not paying me the extra amount which i paid to uber.
I request in this forum to help me so that this grievance of mine is addressed.
