Uber India — Payment has been made in cash

I took a uber ride from New Cg Road to Ahmedabad airport on 19th Oct 25 around 8.53 pm. after getting down I paid cash to the driver. Later I say the payment has not been done.
This is unethecal and unprofessional from driver side.
Resolve the issue.
