Uber India — Poor quality service , driver took unnecessary 15 kms

Hello there, I am bound to write this mail as I am really disappointed from the service of my last ride which I took today i.e. on 21st February...I choosed a destination to Mukherjee Nagar from my location I.e. Hans Apparent, Shadhara..The route was only 12 kms from my location, I will be supporting my statement because to 2 reasons namely-
1. I took the same route from uber on yesterday only and was only 11.84kms, which you can check from my history.
2.I entered destination to Mukherjee Nagar today at the time of booking my cab.
But today's driver took a very bad route and as I travelled 13.95 kms and I was still 15 kms from Mukherjee Nagar as a result thereof I was bound myself to stop my cab in between and took a metro instead for Mukherjee Nagar, and when I asked my driver about the same he told ' He don't know what wrong with the Google maps today, and it is today showing very bad results'. I was like is that a joke?
I got late for my meeting, late for my office and lost my client, which cannot be compensated at any cost.
I question what uber provide for reply upon this ?
I am keen to know how can be a customer still be satisfied from your reply..
It is not a question of refund of ₹175 it's about the quality of service and harrassment as well.
I think Customer forum is meant to satisfy the customer dissatisfaction, Wow should i really appreciate about UBER'S reply ?
Well I didn't find any reason to opt UBER next time. l am highly dissatisfied about today's driver service, moreover more disappointed about UBERS Customer Service reply..According to you if a driver travels you unnecessary 13.95 kms at the cost of the customer money & time and (original destination is ought to be only 12kms only), was still 15 kms away, it is fine i[censored]BER finds its to be within UBER'S estimation..
Your reply is stated as under
"We've reviewed the fare for this ride and realized that even the driver Aslam took some wrong turns, the fare was not affected and it was within our estimate"

I got a new dimension of "some wrong turns", it means 13.95 Kms..
In simple words if your travel distance is only 12 kms and if a driver makes its 13.95+15 kms = 28.95 it is fine because according to UBER it is UBER'S estimation..

WOW, Great work.
Now i find no reason to opt for UBER again, and will be forwarding this to my family and friends and would also sharing this on Social media unless no action taken about this issue..I would also ask them to not to go for UBER next time..
