Uber India — Receipts not shared | |||||
I always use uber when I go out of station for some work/personal trip. Recently I went to Pune and used uber 4-5 times. I didn't received uber receipts and wanted it as I needed to settle my bills. After sending mail, they disabled my account. Now, even after sending so many mails, they have mailed saying they can't help and suspended my account. I don't unerstand why you didn't and can't send recipts to customer on register mail ID. Highly dissapointed, It was intentially trouble given by uber which shows a sign of harrasment and financial loss as I dind't able to settle my bill claim.
