Uber India — Refund of Rs. 130 which has been charged twice by uber | |||
This is in reference to the trip on 29.02.2016 at 9.32 PM. The name of the driver was Santosh. His number [protected]. The journey was from Hare Street to Bangur Avenue. I have been charged twice. The driver asked me for a sum of Rs. 130/- which I paid little realizing that the amount has already been deducted from my pay tm wallet. When I had booked the Uber my mode of payment was by PatTm but when i got out of the cab the driver asked me for Rs. 130/- which was also reflected on his mobile phone and which I had to pay. After sometime I realized that the said sum was also deducted from my PayTm Wallet. Have also dropped a mail to grievance cell but no response. Pratik [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
