Uber India — Regarding driver's disobedience behaviour and fake cancellation by driver | |||||
I booked for a cab on 3rd of june for a destination. After few i received a call from cab driver asking me to cancel the ride as he was quite far (10 min away) from my house. I asked him to come and pick me up... And after few couple of minutes my app displayed that the driver cancelled the ride... And i was asked to pay a due sum of rs 50 to your firm... This is not at all fair and if this is your strategy to work in bhopal, madhya pradesh. I want you to remove the tag of defaulter from my account as soon as possible. MY FARE WAS 25 rs/- that is promo code apylied WITH A TOTAL DISTANCE OF 4 to 5 kms.
But after I ended my trip, It was showing 51/-/-, and I was forced to pay the amount and I paid in cash, even though I argued...But instead, he told me to lodge a complain
