Uber India — Regarding rude behaviour of the driver | |||
I booked a car from city centre 2 kolkata. Before starting the trip I asked the driver if I can pay by debit card. He said no, I cant. I agreed. When i reached my destination I said I will pay by cash. He srtraight away said I cant and I will have to pay by paytm. He was too rude. I said I might have paytm account but I dont have paytm app installed in my phone and I was not well aware the whole paytm payment procedure so I will pay by cash. The driver without even informing me deducted the fare from my paytm account. This behaviour was really not acceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||
