Uber India — request for cancellation of the trip fee which has been accepted

On 10th april 2019 i booked a cab from newtown to sealdah which was charged ₹ 179. After reaching my destination i paid the trip fees. But now i can not book my trip as its showing that i haven't paid. Its ridiculous that a driver will leave the customer without accepting the fee. Driver's name is ghultan. Cab was a swift dzire. Please help me by cancelling the fee and do the needful.. Its a request.

Updated by Debjyoti Sarkar a I have paid my fees and its still shown that its unpaid. The fees has been charged by the driver and only after that he left us

Updated by Debjyoti Sarkar a Please take action against the driver.. He was paid ₹179 before getting down from the car. This is a very bad behaviour from the driver. His name is Ghultan. The car is a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire.
