Uber India — Ride cancellation

I just booked cab for a ride from C-108, Sarojini Nagar to Chhattarpur and subsequently cancelled as I had to reschedule my trip. The on line cancellation status continues to read as "please wait" for the last half hour or so.

Pl confirm cancellation of trip without any delay.

Request refund of
1. Rs.53 was deducted from my paytm account automatically for driver not reporting to pickup for one trip at 5.46AM
2. Rs.50 deducted from my paytm account for driver cancelling the trip.
