Uber India — terrorist drivers in uber delhi

Driver threatened me and told me i’m unable to proceed your trip. Driver refused to go. I’ve eyewitnesses to the incident..
I was standing outside max hospital saket outside gate no.6 i’d booked the uber taxi to my home (Drop location) he reached there at my pick up location and asked me where to drop, as i told him my dropping location he immediately refused to go saying it’s too far and wanted me to cancel the ride and started shouting and saying i’m the owner of this taxi not uber. My wish if i take you/not.. I’ve public witnesses to the incident. I’m being charged extra money for cancellation and first n foremost how can a uber driver refuse on his duty hours.
